At BREAKZ, every order is prepared and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition — exactly as expected.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: approx. 4 working days

  • Express Delivery: approx. 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: approx. 2 working days

📍 Note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time depending on courier availability.

📦 Shipping Rates & Order Weight

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Orders up to 25 kg:

  • Shipped via standard courier services

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

  • Delivery date selection may be available at checkout (where supported)

Orders over 25 kg:

  • May be shipped via freight or pallet delivery

  • A safe and accessible unloading area is required

  • Delivery scheduling may be arranged in advance if necessary

📅 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends and public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are processed and shipped the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next working day

  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping fees may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may be incurred if the courier is unable to complete delivery

  • Damaged Parcels: Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, so our support team can assist promptly
